Refund policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. After this period, cancellation is not possible as the item will already be in production.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. All our products fall under this exemption. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Eligible claims may result in a replacement or refund, subject to review.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference, as all products are made to order.
